Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped out twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We currently only ship domestically in the United States, but plan to expand shipping options in the near future. If you’re interested in international shipping, please reach out and let us know what country you’re in!
Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you have a date you need your delivery by, reach out to us and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
STICKER / CARD SHIPPING: All small orders of stickers / cards that offer “free” USPS shipping will not be trackable, as they are sent via postage stamps. If you would like to track an order, you must select a paid shipping option.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their postal carrier. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of lost packages is judged on a case-by-case basis. Chelly Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. Any and all “return to sender” packages due to a faulty address, undeliverable address, or business closure are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional fees in order to reship.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been shipped before you reach out, Chelly Park is not liable for replacing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
RETURNS POLICY
No refunds or cancellations will be granted 24 hours after your order. Please be sure to double check your shipping information. After 24 hours we cannot cancel, change, or offer a refund for your order.
If the product received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we do accept returns. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order and the products must be returned in the condition they were received. To start a return, send an email to support@chellypark.com

Please note: Return shipping is at the buyers’ expense. Once you’ve shipped your order back, we’d appreciate letting us know it’s been sent. We will issue you a refund as soon as we receive your shipment (same day, may take a couple additional days to process into your bank account).
